About & Contact
My art bridges diverse spaces, from captivating installations to gallery exhibitions.
I am an established visual artist based in Stockholm, and my artistic practice revolves around bringing female portraits to life. My work is characterized by a unique ability to integrate abstract elements into figurative painting, adding depth and a sense of mystery that enriches the viewer’s experience.
Through a deliberate use of diverse materials and techniques, such as ink, oil paints, and acrylics, I adapt my creative expression to suit the scale of the piece and the specific environment where it is intended to be displayed. My painting process is dynamic and something I describe as a balance between “order and chaos.”
This means my paintings undergo a transformative journey, where the initial draft is often “destroyed” using abstract components, only to be rebuilt layer by layer, resulting in a rich and complex visual effect.
With a background as a project manager, I approach my work methodically, starting with charcoal sketches based on reference photos. These sketches serve as the foundational composition for the more detailed and textured paintings that follow.
My ability to work methodically, combined with a love for spontaneity, allows the final result to have a vibrant expression where both control and freedom coexist.
I strive to maintain a flexible and responsive approach in my art. While I stay mindful of contemporary trends, I remain true to my personal style, ensuring that my work always carries an authentic signature.
My goal is to create artworks that are not only visually engaging but also resonate with viewers on a personal level, inviting individual interpretations and emotional connections.
As a full-time artist, I have established myself in recent years through collaborations with both galleries and companies.
